Context

Luxembourg's talent-attraction ecosystem is co-led by Luxinnovation (national innovation agency) and ADEM (National Employment Agency), coordinating with the Ministry of the Economy and Ministry of Labour. The Talent in Luxembourg platform, relaunched in 2019, offers a centralised relocation portal, an employer partnership programme, and sector-specific pipelines in fintech, space tech, logistics and digital health.

Results

ADEM's Fast Lane programme for ICT profiles reduced average time-to-hire for internationally recruited tech workers from 90 to 52 days (ADEM 2022 Annual Report). The programme has onboarded 180+ employer partners, and a Luxembourg City Welcome Desk processes approximately 4,500 in-person appointments a year.
