At World Summit AI Qatar 2025, MCIT and MoEHE launched a national AI platform with Scale AI to personalise content for public-school students. No outcome data, teacher-training plan, or data-protection framework was published at launch.
On 10 December 2025, at World Summit AI Qatar 2025 in Doha, Qatar's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) launched the National Personalised Learning Platform, built in partnership with Scale AI.
Use AI to analyse educational data and adapt content to each student's ability and learning style across Qatar's public-school system, framed within Qatar's Third National Development Strategy and Qatar National Vision 2030.
MoEHE's Director of E-Learning and Digital Solutions, Khalod Al-Mannai, described the platform as enabling 'every student to receive an educational experience aligned with their abilities and learning style.'
At launch, MCIT and MoEHE had not published independent evaluation data, a teacher-training curriculum, enrolment or school-count figures, or a data-protection impact assessment for the platform.
This is a real, ministry-backed national launch with credible sourcing, but evidence-light: no measured learning outcomes, equity provisions, or capability-building programme were documented at the time of writing.
