Context
A rapid policy assessment report produced for the OECD's Local Economic and Employment Development (LEED) Programme, examining barriers to entrepreneurship for under-represented groups (youth, seniors, disabled people, women, ethnic minorities, unemployed), with a country focus on women's entrepreneurship in Ireland.
