Context

MATAPE, an ESF-backed project in Holice, Czech Republic (2012-2015), combined personal-development coaching, ICT training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps) and English classes to help mothers returning from long maternity leave re-enter the labour market, while also running gender audits with roughly 100 local employers.
