The programme aims to reach its full 12,000-session target by the end of 2026, making it one of the largest publicly funded digital-inclusion efforts aimed specifically at the Roma community in the EU. No independent outcome evaluation (e.g., pre/post digital-skills testing) has yet been published, so its impact on participants' competencies is not yet independently verified.
