PL91Developed for Poland's Get Online Week 2011 campaign by the Information Society Development Foundation (FRSI), this toolkit helps telecentres run events teaching senior citizens to use Skype to stay in touch with family, alongside broader public-access-computer skills scenarios.
Over 60% of 2011 meeting participants were over 55 years of age, predominantly pensioners, retirees, public officers and unemployed people, and reported increased internet access and Skype use for communication.
