Contexto

Galp's Equality Plan for 2023 is a corporate gender-equality plan filed in compliance with Portuguese Law 62/2017 (Article 7) and Normative Dispatch 18/2019, covering Galp's male and female employees. It sets out measures to promote equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, eliminate gender-based discrimination, and support the reconciliation of personal, family and professional life, alongside strategy, values and training commitments. Implementation is monitored by Galp's People Department, which verifies that the defined measures are put into practice and that objectives are achieved.
