Contexto

Red Mujeres, Talento y Liderazgo is a Spanish network promoted by the Ministry of Equality, built on alumni of the Institute for Women's Promociona and Talentia 360 leadership and professional-development projects.

Objetivos

The network aims to give visibility to highly qualified women managers for top-level positions — including management committees and boards of directors — and to reinforce professional support networks.

Actividades

The initiative created a LinkedIn company page and a Twitter account (@talentoyliderazg), plus a closed LinkedIn group open to managers who had taken part in the Promociona and Talentia 360 leadership projects, creating a repository that headhunters and companies can draw on for management and board vacancies.
